Laser Scanning

Measurement materials produced with laser scanning can be used as the starting materials in 3D design when design information of the target do not exist. These targets include for example operational factories or plants in need of modernization. tunnels, ships, historical sites and construction targets.

There have been many research projects undertook the scanning of historical sites and artifacts both for documentation and analysis purposes.

The 3D point-clouds from laser scanning systems such as Leica and Mensi can be imported at Cadmatic Software for the development of new projects without collision of existing objects.
